Jason was friendly, accommodating and helpful. He even assisted me with the disassembly of baby cot and helped me bring the items down to the car.

Great seller to deal with! Item delivered as described
After acceptance and confirmation of meet up, seller sold item off to someone else. Failed to honor agreement. Buyer has already arranged transport to collect the item. Really disappointed. Don't blame seller to be new to Carousel, but basic promises to reserve item could be kept even without any experience in Carousel. Its a matter of basic business ethic. Good point: updated buyer about it.
Disappointing to see comments. The buyer pushed me to update status to accepted and then to sold even before confirming payment and within first engagement comments. I am new to Carousel. I stated I accept bank transfer and only responses I got was requests for more information and pictures. I offered for the buyer to see the bike this morning as a motivated buyer who engaged at the same time was seeing it. At no stage did the buyer confirm that he would pay and that this was a done deal.
