Contacted him last night to replace our chute because it came loose and making loud bangs, so it was quite urgent and he kindly accommodated to come the following morning. He recommended the heavy duty (+80) and insect repellants (+30) as we live in a low floor which we opted for. To note that there was NO hard selling so that’s kind of great.
