Never again. Polite + initially responsive, but sadly Jade Lim fraudulently misrepresented her "like new" piano and bench, and sent me a piano with keys covered in stickers and a cheap x-leg piano stool instead of the proper adjustable bench that she showed in her picture. Advertise expensive A, but deliver cheap B is FRAUD. Ignored amicable attempt to resolve. Going to police and SCT. Be warned.
