A total waste of time to deal with the person. Agreed to deal at toa payoh the day before and did a confirmation on actual day for the deal. However, last minute buyer said couldn’t make it when i have reached. Buyer proposed to do it the next day at her location instead of my location when buyer failed to deal at the first agreed location. Beware when dealing with buyer.
