Did not deliver the item despite payment. No updates after sending gcash payment. No longer responsive

She now says to be "mindful of the time" she did not reply to me for days after sending the payment, been repeatedly messaging her. A seller must update the customer about the delivery, especially when payment has been mad, and not act as if she is the victim here. Btw I did not cancel, you did that unilaterally.
