hindi po naman ako nagpa reserve. Kapag nagsuggest po nang offer, guaranteed po ba yan na bibili ako? If that so, sorry hindi po ako aware na ganyan pala. Nag offer at nag inquire lang po ko muna dahil it will help me decide whether to buy it or not. Hindi naman po lahat tutuloy sa purchase kapag mag ask nang offer.
