did not receive the item. transacted with them 12/12, paid on the same day, and sabi nila by 12/14 ishi-ship pero wala. i gave them a week kasi baka na-busy lang pero they are not responding na to chats (even texted them para sure) after i paid. It was supposed to be a gift pero wala. Please explain or refund me na lang 🙂
