Buyer has been using the phone OPPO R9 Plus but stated as 'NEW'. When potential buyer decided to back out, he/she was childish enough to give negative feedback. True is seller has intended to give inaccurate information in order to sell fast. He/she might have limited or none language ability as he or she couldn't understand what is 'NEW' or 'Used'. Potential buyers, pls ask more questions before dealing with this seller.
