Stranger dealer..Before shipment,I have already mentioned the bag was purchased from Japan vintage shop and I can't provide a 100% guarantee of its authenticity due to its second hand characteristics but this buyer claimed the bag was counterfeit after receiving the item depends on her personal judgement without any professional verification which is nonsense and keep pushing and accusing me..
I requested a return and refund, but you disagreed. And u don't even have proof of buying from that japan vintage store .You have also been reading my messages without replying, and I have reported this to carousell. Selling fake goods with such confidence is truly unprecedented.
