Seller promised to share tracking and include the receipt, but only did so after I followed up multiple times and the item had already arrived. It was packed with no box, bubble wrap, or fragile label — just the original plastic in a thin courier bag. No apology for the mishandling. The RAM only works by luck. Unacceptable for such a delicate item. Not recommended.
