Items were new to the best of my knowledge, and I did explain and apologise for the minor flaws in the product, yet buyer choose to make a mountain of a molehill, being fussy about condition and somehow even deemed me 'condescending' (oh gosh I'm such a bigot ain't I) when she was already getting rare, out of production, unavailable atm in SG items at dirt cheap prices.
