Communication was quite slow and there was some confusion regarding the delivery process. Transaction was completed in the end.

Follow-up review

Very slow communication and kept misunderstanding the delivery process despite being advised. Made the transaction unnecessarily troublesome. Would not deal again. The item is also cracked and never informed

Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)

I would like to report this buyer for attempting to bypass Carousell’s payment process. He asked me to transfer S$70 directly to him urgently, then proposed cancelling the Carousell order so the original payment could be refunded. He also misunderstood the Carousell Delivery process and blamed me for the delay. Screenshots are attached.
