My experience with the seller was a terrible one. The delivery was prompt no doubt, but the products have high defective rate of >16%. Seller rejected my request for exchange initially and demanded I pay $15 for her courier if I insist. When I compromised to perform the exchange at lakeside mrt near her despite staying in the East, she reluctantly agreed but did not turn up on the agreed date and time. Subsequent messages to her were completely ignored. Very irresponsible seller.
