Buyer did not follow the terms of meet up post after making an offer, unprofessional in handling transactions, very demanding and is not open with the seller’s terms (kaliwaan and buyer to personally meet the seller) to be sure that no fraudaulent transactions will happen. If the buyer already knows her condition being covid (high risk) then meet up transaction is not for her in the first place.
