We agreed on $200 in our chat, he asked endless questions including his desire to place a hot water dispenser on top of the microwave. I told him all makes do not advise placing items on top of microwaves and ovens. His barrage of questions came after his offer of $200. And on collection day, he didn't reply to my msgs and has ghosted me since. I do not recommend dealing with such a person.
