Good: the item is working. Transaction was smooth. Complete evga cables are provided. Bad: Issue on the power outlet cable. Power outlet cable that came with it shorted during power up ( it seems not the original power outlet cable). I had to pay extra for a technician to make sure psu is not a fire hazard. Luckily, no issue on the psu and I just replaced the power cable. All is working now.
