I have packed my item well and send to the courier. All my customer I’m using same courier service but some unhappy incident happen due to parcel jam in kl hub. I keep follow up with the courier company but customer ignored and blame all the way. Very bad experience with this customer .
Me very bad or your choice of picking that courier without inform anything to me is very bad?think carefully.better give 0 star to you actually.your courier before this is history,and when something "unhappy incident" happened,U BLAMED THE CUSTOMER?YOU YOURSELF CHANGE N PICK THAT COURIER WITHOUT INFORM ANYTHING TO ME.
