Said she would arrange for courier pick up (even after I offered to send the item by post) but didn’t transfer payment or confirm pick up details after a week despite chasing. Finally told me she couldn’t collect it as her son was unwell, which sounded like a feeble excuse since she clearly had been dragging her feet. Deal with her at your own risk
