Daniel is very responsive to queries. My family were glad to have make the booking through him. Hotel bookings via the site were much higher. I guess he had provided me a free upgrade to the newly renovated premier room (from premier room). The gardens by the bay view was awesome, room was well-furnished. Will book with him in future as my daughter would like another MBS staycation. Thumbs up!

Had a slight hiccup at the beginning but was quickly resolved. Requested for a club room and was amazed with the room. Transaction was fuss-free and was comfortable thru out the stay. Highly recommended and will go to Daniel again if I were to stay at MBS again.

This is a real deal. I was initially sceptical. Daniel is very responsive and prompt in replying. He was patient in walking with me throughout the process. The checking in was done in an orderly manner and fast. Daniel even upgraded me to Premier Room with a high floor with an awesome view. My whole family enjoyed the 2 nights stay thanks largely to Daniel. I will definitely visit this merchant!
