Booked a paiza room with them on the same day I wanted to check in. Very responsive and understanding. Managed to get the room for me at a good price. Way cheaper than direct. Collect key at around 330pm. Informed me of a 200 deposit to them. Was sceptical at first but I still made the deposit. After checking out at 12pm, they did their checks and I received my deposit back at 2. 😍
