Initial response was slow but I think seller was away. Afterwards, communication was reasonably responsive. I got the Stanley 48pc tool set that comes with toolbox and drill. Upon delivery, I found that the battery for the drill was faulty; seems like it was old stock so they took the battery back and had it replaced by Stanley. Took a while (~ 1 week) but at least everything works fine.
