extremely irresponsible seller. It's been 2-3 month since I transferred the money. yet she still haven't mail me

Payment made but didn't reply afterwards when i asked for video proof. Did i just get scammed?

it's been 3 weeks since seller said she have mailed out my item but i still have not get it :-( i've been patient to wait for 3 weeks now when i told her that i still have not gotten my item she have not reply me :-( my money gone just like that

bought 2 item from this seller. but only 1 item came. seller didnt tell why untill asked her alot of times. finally she said tht it was actually sold to another person. she didnt even inform me. yet took my money. so she said that she was going to refund me. till now? no news from her n no news of my money. irresponsible. deal at your own risk.
