Seller was easy to communicate with and prompt with her replies. However, item had a slight defect (a scratch on the lipstick) which was not previously mentioned in her listing. Please do check your items again in future dear :)
Hi im pretty sure every lipstick is not perfectly done and as mentioned it was swatched once u cannot expect me to state there is a scratch on a lipstick and even im nor aware of it(: also, as per listing image the lipstick is still brand new and YSL retails doe more than 50$ i sold it at almost half the price to you. I hope u wont expect perfection unless u buy over the counter and inspect one by one . Even over the counter the new piece is sealed u cant check so same for me when I purchased.
