Seller was understanding & accommodating when I ran late for the collection. However, after collection of the item, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was very near expiry (in 1 week’s time). I bought these for my trip with my young infant in late Dec. I would’ve appreciated it if seller was more upfront and honest. I’ve also learnt a lesson not to assume that all sellers are honest.
Hi Gloria, u failed to mention (1) u didn’t ask me for the expiry prior to transacting (2) none of the items are expired, only 1 of 4 items are close to expiry AND (3) when you informed me that 1 item was close to expiry, I immediately offered you a refund, and asked that u pass back the items at the SAME location and I’ll refund. U wanted a more convenient location which I could not offer and so u decided not to seek the refund, so I don’t think it’s fair to insinuate that I’m not honest.
