It has stain just because we simply leave it aside, not because of USING. All the photos we put on the platform showing the toaster is in good condition for the next user. The toaster is READY and OPEN for examination b4 the deal is made. We truly believe that the toaster is HONESTLY priced at HKD150 with all the details provided beforehand. So after the exchange, it is TOO harsh, TOO demanding, NOT fair and UNACCEPTABLE to have only ONE star rating for a new toaster just costing anyone HKD150.
