I clarified with her that there might/might not be a sponge that comes with the product, and she said that it was ok. she was more than 15 minutes late, aft that she said she didn't want to purchase the item anymore cus there was no sponge that came with it, but we alr CLARIFIED that there may/ may not be a sponge in there and that she was ok with it. waste of my time, waited 20+ minutes for her. she leaves me a fb HOURS after I left her a negative one, REAL MATURE LADY ur Daughter must b proud
I did ask clearly if the box featured has a sponge & abt the not refill. I did ask if it was a complete set. You said you were not sure and that the box was a brand new. I opened it and it was clearly not a brand new set as it was empty . And the refill is of a different Colour nude not c21. You were simply selling an empty box with a spare refill that costs $35 & not a genuine offer . Your reply was vague n I trusted you . I apologised for letting you wait. You wasted my time too.
