Slightly disappointed to see this review, even though I expected it despite the context. You negotiated a discount on an already under-market item, also the box damage (unaware of until it reached you) was only at the bottom, insignificant to the art. While I do unhappiness, I did mention that my page is not for fussy buyer and sad to give this review despite accommodating to your requests.
You run a figurine shop with great reviews, so I am shocked. You of all sellers know that the entire package, including the box, is critical to the value of collectible items. This is not an under-market item. Other sales of this figurine were priced as low as $90, so our negotiated price was fair. I even offered to pay for shipping. This isnโt about being "fussy", itโs about transparency and ethics in selling goods in their proper condition. If this is how you do business then so be it.
