We agreed to deal at Telok ayer mrt at 1pm but he was unresponsive since 1pm for 20mins. I waited there but eventually left. However, he finally responded that he was caught in a meeting. He requested for the deal to be done at his office instead in which I complied and walked there. As a gesture of goodwill he gave a $2 discount which I appreciate. Overall, he was friendly but was tardy.
