Made an offer and claimed that he will definitely get the item. Supposed to meet on the 17th but he couldn't make it at the last minute. Don't have the courtesy to inform until I tried contacting him to confirm timing with him. Changed the meet up date to 19th and offered me at a higher price. Claimed that he will contact me on that very night but failed to. No response until now. Total waste of time!
