Buyer is unpleasant to deal with. They communicate aggressively, are unwilling to listen to reason, and tend to push their own “rules” and expectations on the seller.

I respectfully disagree with this statement. I communicated clearly and professionally throughout the transaction and did not use aggressive language. I only followed what was previously agreed upon and asked for clarification when expectations suddenly changed. At no point was I disrespectful or unreasonable. I believe this feedback misrepresents the situation.
