Friendly seller, but was very disappointed in the item I received. I purchased the northface puffer jacket and was told it was brand new without tags. When the jacket arrived, it had a hole on the inside and the feathers were falling out. Other than that the jacket is in ok condition. Just disappointed that the seller didn’t let me know the jacket had faults and needed repairing. Overall the seller was good to deal with and the jacket was cheap, just annoying I now have to get it fixed..
