I sincerely apologize that I haven’t shipped the items with the said date due to the fact that one of our family members is hospitalized and in a life-threatening state. Within the inactivity of my carousell account, we had been going back and forth to the hospital. I truly did my best to prepare your parcel for shipment, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we constantly must be at the hospital. I can ship the items already however i understand if u want the money to be returned.
