Booked a Royal Carribean cruise w/ her. Transferred money for payment but end up not cruised at all. Month prior to cruise date,she msgd me that her agent in Royal carribean scammed her hence the money we paid to her was taken. End up, no cruising plus my money was gone. She promised me to pay in installments starting Feb2017 (payment done was last Sept &supposed to cruise on Dec2016)but she msg me that she cannot start paying me. Waited for May 2018(her promised to pay in full) but still none.
