Bought a pair of Heels from seller but when the mail came, the heels were defected and the pair of heels came in both left foot fittings. After mailing item back to seller, seller dragged refund for more than 10 days and went MIA. Disappointed purchase😔 (10/8) Edit: 3 MONTHS LATER, seller email carousell after I refuse to change this feedback to positive (initially was neutral). This is truly dishonest and insincere. Thankfully, Carousell understood the situation and manage to verify properly.
