Buyer was decisive, prompt n came to deal on time. She bought tangs voucher (https://sg.carousell.com/p/163427282). She left a -ve feedback as the voucher is only valid on regular price which is clearly stated in the t&c. I offered refund as I could use it myself (as mentioned in my posting) but she politely declined. If u want to deal with this buyer, do highlight n repeat the t&c in case she is ignorant about it. Anyway, thanks 4 the purchase n making me aware of ignorant people in carousell:)

Very irresponsible seller. Tell me mail out the next day I transfer her. The next day she told me already mail out in the morning photo proof send me on evening. I keep waiting and message her, she have reasons Everyday. Finally she mail out the item 4 weeks after I transfer.

Very unprofessional seller, refused to accept cash payment and insisted that I transfer money to an unknown bank account. Seller expects you to send money without goods. Tried very hard to convince me that they were not a cheater :-) and finally left negative feedback when I refused to pay blindly. Shouldn't be on Carousell.

Buyer pm saying that its not my fault for the paper quality, in the end commented negatively on my feedback for the product which i have sold many of it and has no problem with all my customer... Still don't get it on th3 hipocracy of the issue.

More than 3 weeks after I made payment seller still haven't posted the item. I sent her another reminder 2 days ago, and only today she replied me "just send me the account number for refund" :/ no further apology or explanation. Edit: you sent me a picture of Panadol 3 weeks after you received my payment. If you feel you need to give me a negative feedback just for giving you one that's your prerogative, but bringing my child into your comment was just in bad taste on your part.
