Make an offer to my post on end of June. Then waited for her payment till she replied me on 3rd July aksing me to wait as she’s out of town. Texted her continuously after that until 22 July then only she texted me she want to pass. If it’s not interested to get in the 1st place, never send offer to seller and furthermore no response for few weeks.
