Absolutely friendly and very accommodating! Hanson is also very responsive to messages and obviously he knows his stuff la so there was never a time when I was worried. Regarding workmanship, it's beautiful work! My guitars were cleaned, pampered and professionally set up just the way I like it. If you need your guitar set up, give Hanson a call. You won't be disappointed.
