Now, Plumber asked me to use silicon to patch myself . Contacted Carousell admin , advised to make police report and they will assist. Giving Seller a chance to contact me for resolution before next course of action . Engage at your own risk .

This account is manned by a Chinese lady. She sent the worker named Masum to my home. He took 2hours to replace an instant water heater. The next day, it started to LEAK so badly. When I called Masum, he said it was fine when I left. I insisted he fix it and he said I DON'T KNOW how to do all this jobs! I was so mad. So this acc owner sent him again. Again, so LATE! Never using this service.
