Alfi is super professional with the services she provided and I'm truly impressed by it. She provided lots of updates of my hamster during my trip and my kid felt very much like home at the boarding. My kid was having a spread of buffet there and I dont think she wants to go back home 😅. 100% well-taken care off and highly recommended! Thank you!!

Highly recommended boarder!! 👍💯 Booked a 2 week+ stay for my elderly and deteriorating dwarf hammy. You can tell that Alfi wholeheartedly cares for hamsters no matter the shape and size. She was super communicative, helpful and patient. Alfi's rates are very reasonable given the amount of time, effort and detail she puts into all her services. Will definitely board my pet with her again :) 💯

Edit: Alfi can be forgetful about the actual weight of the hamster. She may also forget to free roam the hamster (add on) and change the water in the bottle to fresh water daily. Just need to remind/check on her!
2 years ago (edited)Thanks for your feedback. It was a blessing having Heidi with us. We’ll like to clarify that at no point was the water not fresh as we changed the water daily. Heidi's weight was also accurately recorded at the point of weigh-ins to maintain a consistent record. We apologise for any delay in her free roam schedule as we prioritise Heidi's health and aim to minimise stress by only bringing her out when she's ready. We apologise if our communication fell short and strive to improve in the future.
Alfi was our saviour & definitely we didn’t regret with our choice of engaging her. She not only take care of Chevy (our hamster) well, but she never fail to update us how he has been doing each day. She consistently upload videos of his activity and this assure us tat he is well looked after. THANK U ALFI! U will be on our list & Chevy is alrdy missin U! 🤭

Alfi was really great and went the extra mile for my hammies!! She sent me constant updates of them & their menus, and the cages are very well equipped/ decorated! She would also constantly update and monitor their well-being as my hamsters have small growths/ moles on them. Would def book another hamstay with her in future 🥹🥹 thank you so much alfi!! 🫶

Hamster boarding beyond anything we thought was possible! From the start we felt very comfortable to leave our Syrian with HamStay, all details and emergency protocol were agreed upfront, during our travels we looked forward to the daily update videos and photos, handovers were smooth. Our hamster was returned happy and healthy and is already looking forward to her next stay.

The best hamster boarding ever!! I think my hamster prefers her boarding more than her actual home now 🤣. Alfi was so friendly and can tell shes experienced with hamsters! Had an amazing experience with Alfi throughout my little boy's Hamstay Journey! From my first enquiry all the way to his 6 day staycay in his beautiful cage set up by Alfi, everything was done with so much care and attention to detail! 😍😍❤️❤️ The daily updates with pictures and videos, and updates on his weight was just chef's kiss 😘😘✨️ Can't wait for his next staycay with you! 😍❤️✨️

I left the country for 2 months for work. I am so grateful for Alfi's PetBoarding. My Lucy had a wonderful time at Alfi's, I can tell by the consistency in weight and how naturally active and lovey-dovey she remained. Alfi is very meticulous in letting me know daily updates and notifying me if Lucy had any highlights/lowlights. Best ham boarding, Amazing seller,good rates, 100/10 wld recommend.

Beautiful enclosure done up by Alfi for my hamster’s 9 day stay and she provided free roam time everyday along with vids and pics of my pet enjoying his stay :’) Appreciated all the help and everything was 10/10 from the quality of food and treats and cleanliness!
