Deal with him at your own risk. Not trustful and don't respect other people's time. Plenty of reasons to change meetups - need to bath for kids, need to settle workers salary, etc. Finally agreed to go by post. But never transfer. Asked few days later and he still insisted he still wants the items. After that MIA forever.

30 Dec - suppose to meet but last minute say Mother birthday. Change to next day 31 Dec - say bring kids to fireworks. MIA 1 Jan - reply at 1030pm. Say baby full month. I a bit angry already, ask him not to wast my time if he not interested. He request postage say TRF me next day 2 Jan - I posted in the morning, he MIA 3 Jan - MIA 4 Jan - finally reply and TRF me. Say at revenue house. Slow to respond but I do appriciate you finally after 6 days did honor the deal.
