Ambiguous seller profile. Claims to be selling item for someone else. Exhibits hesitance with online transaction which is more secure for any buyer than cash. Also shows hesitance producing a slashed copy of i.c. as a significant sum is involved. I've had similar incidents that went down the wrong way. Alarm bells ringing. Avoiding this one.
