Paid via cc at first. Seller ask to cancel & paynow as she say carou takes too long to release the funds. I cancelled and paynow her. Item is listed as lightly used. Upon receiving, it was in a terrible state. There’re “bubbles” all over — the outer fabric detached from the inner lining. The condition is a 3/10. My mistake for trusting her to cancel the Caroupay, could’ve gotten buyer protection.

note: unreasonable buyer tried to make a huge fuss, we cooperated with carousell/ police and they proved our innocence. unfortunately as our account was restricted, we couldn’t leave her a review. bag and it’s condition was posted with 12 images showing defects. buyer bought the bag at 60% off and days after receiving she claimed we misled her to buy a defected bag. she also threatened to call police and when we said we will cooperate, she did not respond abt the police report #. suspicious?
