Seller accepted my offer but didn't even provide the payment details so that I can transfer the payment. I was surprised when seller suddenly said it has been sold to someone else. Not a good business attitude. You can't say first pay, first serve if you didn't provide me the payment details for me to do so. Not making a payment and not given the chance to pay are two different things. Don't accept the offer if you are not willing to take it at all. Why give me a negative feedback?
