I had a recent experience where this buyer made an offer and assured me they were a sure buyer if I accepted. Regrettably, upon accepting their offer, the buyer cancelled immediately. While I understand that situations can change, this sudden cancellation after confirmation was disappointing. I would advise the buyer to ensure their commitment before making a future offer.
