Seller claims the bag was new and she only opened to check. Upon closer examination after collection I realised that the base of the bag had black stains at the base which shows that the bag was obviously used. Some black marks couldnt be wiped off even after severa attempts. Suspected that it was used when collecting but didnt check further. Totally regretted it. Felt cheated.
I offered to open up the bag and asked you to check as I noted that you were just visually looking at the bag and the paperbag.. I have also explained to you that the protective wrap was removed as I was checking the bag for defects at the store and that this bag had only arrived on the day and was on display for half day before the store kept it back as they had ran out of stock..and it stands true that it is new and unused since the day of purchase at the boutique.
