有關鄺女士的問題，本公司已經第一時間向入口商反映得知某一批次貼紙生產上出錯，已聯絡鄺女士，並且更換了新一批次完整無誤的貨品，鄺女士也表示非常滿意。對於鄺女士的困擾，本公司深表歉意，作為零售商，本公司已盡力確保貨品原裝正貨，但是對於廠商在生產上的出錯，亦無能為力，不便之處，敬請諒解。
