Submit an offer and I accept it. But suddenly back down the offer and demanding me to lower the confirmed price if not he will cancel the deal. For all seller, please be careful when dealing with this person

Hi sir, I have already apologized for trying to ask for lower price. I also explained that the concern I had was because the i3 Intel processor may not be enough for my work. I apologize for backing out from the offer.
