A very unreasonable and rude buyer. She purchased high-quality Italian shoes for less than HK$100 .The shoes were in great condition except wear to the soles , yet, she messaged calling using a rude and harsh language. I aim to satisfy people, but this person ‘s tone made that very difficult. I have never had a problem issuing the refund if asked respectfully, instead of being lashed out at.
Very bad seller👎👎 I am only stating the facts and providing photos to prove that the goods did not meet expectations. I did not give her any comments, and she did place me a bad comment, very unfair.
