Items havent received,, its almost two months

i bought an item from her on 27 feb 17 but did not receive my item at all ... when i ask her about it she say she will help me write a lost mail form and willing to let me have another item for free if it is within my previous item price($18). i chose a second item from her account (1-2 weeks ago)which was $21.she was kind enough to give discount $3.She say she will mail last week as she claims shes busy.Around 2 weeks after this text then i receive my item.

Item still havent come since i last purchased it on april 4, payments were made. I hope the seller can follow up on these. I hope this one can be follow up soon. Been waiting since the seller told me mailed already. The reply is also slow.

Did not receive item despite photo proof.

This seller gave me a huge discount for the 3 tops I bought from her she is also very patience with my slow payment as I am a working adult I need more understanding seller like her who would not spam me with chats asking me to make payment. Made payment on 14 Feb 2017 and received the item on 3 March 2017, FYI it was a registered mail! First she said her friend was hospitalized, then after chasing her for days for her updates, she said she was hospitalized. When I finally received the item, the tag was gone while her photograph in the listing showed it's still attached. She said her mother cut it off, wow what an excuse! Offered me a refund and agreed to meet up, then she suddenly couldn't make it at the last minute!

item delivered promptly received as describes however there is a alight defect and seller is very kind enough to offer to refund me 1/2 of the money but it's ok since it's just a very small defect that cannot really be seen, replies were made promptly, good transaction experienced will def. buy from her again
