Seller claimed that the item is brand new. But she never mentioned that it was old stock or that it had such a strong storage smell. I bought it as a gift, but because of the odor, I can’t give it to the person anymore. I’ve cleaned it several times, but the smell still won’t go away. I also messaged the seller about it, but even though she saw my messages, she never replied.

Mam, ang point po ay hindi ka honest na seller. Sabi mo po BRAND NEW at pwde pa ipang-gift. Pagdating po sakin ng item, amoy taguan, kahit ung box lumang-luma na. Sana po nanghingi ka na lang ng pasensya. Kaso seen mode lang tapos ako pa may kasalanan ngayon. Sa post mo po mismo sabi mo “BAWAL BARAT”, meaning hindi ka tatanggap ng mababang offer.. and you accepted my offer po. Anyway, thanks.
